Coaching
One of my greatest joys is going deep with persons on an individual basis to help them gain insights and develop action steps toward enhanced performance; leadership development; and personal or spiritual growth. My work as a strengths coach certified by The Gallup Organization, an ordained United Methodist pastor and a former Morgan Stanley financial advisor has opened many doors to facilitate such connections.
