I’ve spent many years unpacking a passion for helping groups
of all sizes identify and connect with their purposes, goals and measures
of success. After several years as a full-time United Methodist pastor
I moved into the business world with Morgan Stanley and began speaking
to various civic and business groups. This eventually led to an Organizational Development Practitioner position with a large Central Florida health care organization, as well as my current Leadership Development Manager role with T-Mobile USA in Nashville, Tenn. In doing so, I utilize excerpts and metaphors from the humanities, literature,
philosophy, religion and history in order to create powerful learning
experiences. I am a certified facilitator with Development Dimensions International (DDI), one of the largest producers of leadership curriculum, tools and resources in the world.
